The Gym Is Optional.
The Coaching Isn't.
Custom programming, real nutrition targets, and a coach reading your numbers every week. Delivered through the Stone Dragon app, wherever you train.
Start Digital CoachingMost People Don't Need A Trainer Standing Over Them
They need a plan that's actually built for them, numbers that tell the truth, and somebody who looks at those numbers and changes the plan when it stops working. That's the whole job. Everything else is logistics.
Digital membership is that job, minus the drive to Tacoma. You get the same programming philosophy I use with every in-person client: progressive overload, honest nutrition, zero fads. You just run it at your own gym, on your own schedule.
This Was Built For You If…
- You moved, but you liked how you trained here. Same coach, same programming, new zip code.
- You've got a gym membership and no idea what to do in there. Wandering between machines is not a program.
- 1-on-1 doesn't fit right now. Schedule, budget, season of life. Training shouldn't stop because the calendar got hard.
- You travel and everything falls apart when you do. Your program comes with you, and so does the person watching it.
- You've been lifting a while and plateaued. Usually that's a programming problem, not an effort problem.
- You're working around something. An old injury, a surgery, a joint that complains. Your history shapes the program instead of being ignored by it.
Built For You, Not Pulled Off A Shelf
A Program With Your Name On It
Written around your goals, your injury history, your experience, and the equipment you can actually get your hands on. Phased and progressed month to month, not recycled from a PDF.
Nutrition That Matches The Work
A daily calorie target broken into protein, carbs, and fat, set against what you're training for. Adjusted as your body weight trend tells us something, not on a fixed schedule.
A Coach Reading Your Numbers
This is the part software can't do. Every week I look at what you actually lifted, how the sessions felt, and where your weight is trending, then change the program accordingly. That's coaching. The rest is a spreadsheet.
The App, Fully Loaded
Your program, set logging, PR tracking, body weight and cardio logs, demo videos, rest timers, and a muscle guide that explains what you're training and why. See how it works →
A Direct Line To Me
Questions about a lift, a substitution, a bad week, a vacation. You message me in the app and get an answer from me, not a chatbot and not a support queue.
Form Checks In The App
Record a set right from your training day, straight to me. No texting, no compression, no separate app. You'll see when I've watched it and read my notes underneath. How it works ↓
Programs Get Built Around What Your Body Is Doing
A lot of the people I train are working around something. Some of it is old, some of it is permanent, and most of it means a stock program written for a healthy twenty-five-year-old is the wrong place to start. Your history is an input to the program, the same as your schedule and your equipment.
Experience Working With:
The Closest Thing To Having Me There
The one real gap in remote coaching is that nobody's watching you lift. So I built the fix directly into the app instead of asking you to text me a blurry video.
Open your training day, tap the camera, film a working set. It opens your rear camera right there in the app, so there's nothing to upload later and nothing to remember after you leave.
The clip attaches to that exact workout. I'm not watching a squat in a vacuum, I'm watching it beside the weight you logged, the reps you got, and how you said the session felt.
The clip shows "waiting for review" until I've seen it, then flips to watched with my written notes sitting right underneath. No wondering whether it went through.
Filming tip: phone in landscape, propped on the floor or a bench, shot from the side or a 45° angle, whole body in frame. Film a full working set rather than one rep, because the breakdown usually shows up on rep four or five.
We Start Where You Actually Are
- 1Tell me where you're startingA real intake: goals, training history, injuries, and what equipment you have access to. Plus video of a few basic lifts so I can see how you move.
- 2I build your programOnce I have your intake, I build your first phase and it lands in the app, with demo videos and coaching notes attached to the lifts that need them.
- 3You train and logOpen the app at the gym, do the work, log your sets. Takes seconds between sets and it's the entire feedback loop.
- 4I adjust, every weekWeights go up, volume shifts, exercises swap out when something isn't working. You'll never be running a stale program on autopilot.
One Membership, Everything In It
No tiers to decode, no upsells waiting behind a paywall. One price, the whole job.
Custom programming and coaching, delivered anywhere.
- A program built for you, rewritten and progressed every month around your goals, your history, and the equipment you actually have.
- Weekly review of your logs. I read what you lifted and how it felt, then change the program. Every week, not just when you ask.
- Calorie and macro targets set against your goal and adjusted as your body weight trend tells us to.
- Form checks, recorded in the app. Film a working set on your training day and get written feedback attached to that workout. Private, and deleted after 30 days.
- The Stone Dragon app in full, including set logging, PR tracking, body weight and cardio logs, demo videos, and the muscle guide.
- A direct line to me in the app for questions, substitutions, travel weeks, and bad weeks.
- Cronometer calorie tracker access, same as every in-person membership.

What This Isn't
I'd rather you know before you pay than after.
Let's Build Your Program
Tell me where you're training, what you're chasing, and what's gotten in the way so far. I'll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
