Why it matters

What private actually means

🎯

Full attention, every session

Nathan is with you the entire time. No other clients, no distractions, no glancing across the floor to check on someone else.

🏋️

Equipment is always available

No waiting on a rack, no subbing in a different weight because someone grabbed yours. The session goes exactly as planned.

🔒

A space you can actually focus in

No gym floor anxiety. No feeling watched. Just you, the programming, and a trainer who's there to work.

📋

Training built around you, not the room

The gym is stocked specifically for the programming Nathan writes. Every piece of equipment gets used with intention.

How it works

There's no drop-in or free intro session. Here is the process from interest to first session.

  1. 1

    Fill out the interest form

Share your goals, schedule, any injuries, and relevant background. The more Nathan knows upfront, the better.

  2. 2

    Nathan follows up

He'll reach out to talk through whether it's a good fit and answer any questions you have.

  3. 3

    Invoice sent and paid

Once you're ready to commit, Nathan sends an invoice. Payment is required before your first session is scheduled.

  4. 4

    First session

You come in for an intake and exercise screening. Nathan builds your program from there.

Get started

Fill out the interest form

Tell Nathan a bit about yourself and what you're working toward. He'll take it from there.

Get In Touch

Have questions first? The interest form is also the right place for those. Nathan responds to every inquiry personally.
