With over 10 years experience personal training and strength coaching, I enjoy guiding clients through intense, yet safe, training sessions. I follow the concept of progressive overload, working with both casual lifters and athletes. I do not subscribe to fads or trends. I believe fundamental training, proper rest and sustainable nutrition are all equally important in realizing optimal performance and gains. I thoroughly enjoy nutrition and the science behind it and will share that passion with you so you can learn to navigate food choices for your goals. If needed, I can also lead you through proper mobility training which when correctly applied can help quickly get you comfortably into positions you need to be whether during training or just living your daily life.
